Error indicating no more servers available for the appserver
No servers are available. Try again later. (1154)
CAUSE:
The MaxSrvcInstance setting for the appserver in question is not set high enough.
FIX:
Increase the MaxSrvcInstance setting for the appserver in the ubroker.properties file.
