FACT(s) (Environment):
OpenEdge 10.1B

CAUSE:
Starting from OpenEdge Release 10.1A, the Slick Edit editor is no longer available in 4GL Development license. It is not included in either the OpenEdge Architect Product or the OpenEdge Application Server Product.
FIX:
Install the OpenEdge Studio Product. The OpenEdge Studio Product license includes the Slick Edit editor and the development tools from the previous versions of the product. It is the equivalence of the Provision license.
