Open failed, Database <name> requires rebuild of all indexes. (2356)

CAUSE:
This is a known issue
CAUSE:
After loading the collation table, an idxbuild has to be done.
In order to do an idxbuild, ai must be disabled.
Disabling ai fails because before the database can be opened, an idxbuild is required.
In order to do an idxbuild, ai must be disabled...
FIX:
Restore the database from backup.
In future, please ensure to disable ai before loading a collation page.
