S/E 612-Possible file truncation,<block-offset> too big for
When PROGRESS tries to read a block from a database but the block
address is past the end of the file, PROGRESS generates the
following error message.
Possible file truncation, <block-offset> too big for database. (612)
This issue can occur under numerous circumstances, such as one of the
* PROGRESS recieves bad data from an index.
* A record is fragmented and the recid is incorrect.
* An index block has a block number for the next lower level in the
index.
* The master block has an incorrect free chain.
* PROGRESS reads a BI note that contains an incorrect database name.
