FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Can't connect to a non-Progress / non-OpenEdge database from OpenEdge Architect.
CAUSE:
Progress / OpenEdge does not ship ODBC drivers for non-Progress / non-OpenEdge Databases with the OpenEdge Architect.
FIX:
Third party drivers may be referenced and used with the OpenEdge Architect. The OpenEdge Architect is a customized Eclipse Development Environment.
Progress / OpenEdge does not provide support for user extension to the Eclipse environment since such support should be provided by whatever company makes the 3rd party extension for Eclipse.
