Reserved Indexe Numbers in version 7 and 8
INTRODUCTION:

Starting in version 7 Progress has reserved some index numbers.
WHY YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS:
===========================
If version 6 db is using any of the reserved index numbers,
the conversion utility will not work !.
The range of numbers include 0-7 and 994-1093.
One way to work around this is to migrate with a dump/load.
