SYSTEM ERROR: muxfree <latch-id> not owner. (3719)
CAUSE:
Using incorrect media id.
There are 2 different medias for HP-UX 64-bit depending if the processor used is a Itanium or RISC.
For HP-UX 64 (PA-RISC) the media id 175.
For HP-UX Itanium2 (IA64) the media id is 186.
Although no errors are reported when installing the product, you cannot use a product for HP-UX PA-RISC in a HP-UX Itanium2 system or vice-versa.
FIX:
Contact your sales representative and request a change of media accordingly.
