SYMPTOM(s):
Importing or linking OpenEdge tables into MS Access 2003 using ODBC
All fields being displayed as "#DELETED" instead of showing actual values.
Linking or importing table into MS Access 2003 fails with ODBC ? call failed. (Error 3146)
Trying to import the same table into Excel fails with error: Column in table has value exceeding it's max length or precision
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
There are data in the tables which are in length or precision bigger than they should according to it's set max length or precision
FIX:
Use dbtool option 2 to fix and adapt the max length or precision of the columns to it's actually containing values.
