SYMPTOM(s):
Duplicate IP address causing strange behavior with AppServer
Error 9407 repeated many times in the AppServer log file
Error: Connection failure for host <> port <> transport TCP (9407)
Connections to AppServer aborted, and problems connecting to the AppServer.
Incomplete write when writing to the server. (735)
AS Application Server Shutdown. (5476)
Network conflicts causing machine to act erratically
Event viewer logs IP conflict
CAUSE:
A duplicate IP was allowed on the network.
FIX:
1- Shut down Progress correctly.
2- Resolve the IP address conflict and reboot the machine.
3- Startup Progress.
