SmartPanel dropped at an arbitrary location, is always placed in the upper-left corner of the SmartWindow
SmartPanel always defaults to upper-left corner in OpenEdge 10
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
Drag the SmartPanel to the wanted location
