SYMPTOM(s):
Windows
VMWare no longer being used
VMWare improperly removed
Tried all "snap in failed to initialize fixes"
CAUSE:
Customer was removing VMware improperly and also deleted Windows files
FIX:
Either a repair of the OS using the install disk or complete reinstall are the only ways around this problem
