SYMPTOM(s):
The OpenEdge Web Service client is causing performance degradation
The OpenEdge Web Service client uses too much CPU
The OpenEdge Web Services uses a lot of CPU while waiting for a SOAP Response
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00135636
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.1B01 or later.

Some workarounds that might alleviate the problem temporarily:
- Lower the OS priority of the OpenEdge client process (prowin32 or _progres).
- Run the client on a Dual CPU/Core machine.
