SYMPTOM(s):
Testing the messenger with VerifyConfig&Level=1 produces error:
Connection failure for host localhost port <port> transport UDP. (9407)

WebSpeed error from messenger process (6019) Name Server at Host <IP> Port <port> is not responsive. (8239)
Unable to access NameServer at host (<host>), port (<port>) cs_status = (-4008)
using one WebSpeed broker registered with one NameServer
using AppServer broker with many different service names registered to the same NameServer
The nsman command works and shows the broker still being registered with the NameServer
the same page works if the number of services registered with the NameServer is reduced
CAUSE:
This is a known issue
FIX:
As a workaround, use nsman command instead.
