SYMPTOM(s):
Installation of a HotFix is asking for a password.
Unable to install HotFix because password is unknown for the file _dbagent.
Adminservice has been shut down.
Database is still running.
WebSpeed agents are still running.
CAUSE:
All process must be stopped to be able to update a file. The request for a password were for files that were still busy.
FIX:
Shut down all databases and WebSpeed services before applying the HotFix.
