GOAL:
Does changing the number of decimal places in the field editor cause you to lose data?
FIX:
No. Changing the format of a decimal field or the number of decimals for a field via the Field Editor, will not result in data loss. The data already stored within the database for a field will remain unchanged. Only the visual format of the data will change depending upon the format being used.
