SYMPTOM(s):
Error starting dbagent against scripted database
Time out limit (<max_wait> seconds) exceeded waiting for ACK. (9149)
Fathom Management not running on <host> port <portno>. (10368)
CAUSE:
Database was added via the database migration utility. This created the database as a managed resource. The database, however, is not started by the adminserver, but via a script.
FIX:
Delete the managed database resource via the Fathom/OpenEdge Management console and re-add it as a scripted database resource.
