FIX:
This error is raised when Progress tries to update a record and somehow a mandatory field does not get a value. The reasons for this, are mostly due application logic that didn't provide the desired value or triggers on the target database side setting the value to null, modifying the original value received by Progress. So, check the application and any related trigger/stored procedure that may affect the value.
