CAUSE:
OpenEdge 10 was installed over the Progress 9 installation
FIX:
If needing to install to the previous installation directory, select the proinst option to delete the directory instead of installing
in the pre-existing path. In this way, the previous installation is cleaned up before the new version is installed.
