The OpenEdge Web Service client does not provide the possibility to send an array of 0 to a Web Service
Using the Wrapped Document/Literal calling convention
Using the OpenEdge 10.1x style
CAUSE:
This is a known issue.
FIX:
As a workaround, use the OpenEdge 10.0x calling convention which did not make use of Wrapped Document/Literal. You can generate the required client documentation by running the WSDL Analyzer as follows: bprowsdldoc -show100style test.wsdl
