FACT(s) (Environment):
EasyAsk 9.6
SYMPTOM(s):
INTERNAL ERROR: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: suggest_ in EasyAsk Server log
Errors on server after migrating to EasyAsk 9.6
CAUSE:
Install of EasyAsk 9.6 on top of install of EasyAsk 9.5 or earlier release of EasyAsk did not replace some EasyAsk files that have changed.
FIX:
Insure the following files have been copied to the EasyAsk install folder from the EasyAsk 9.6 install process as the EasyAsk 9.5 files are incompatible with EasyAsk 9.6.
