Starting Dynamics runtime session
The following error is seen immediately:
Unable to start configuration file manager
CAUSE:
The specific error is only raised if the file manager procedure af\app\afxmlcfgp.r is not found in the PROPATH.
This is a standard procedure file part of the Dynamics runtime components
FIX:
1. Ensure the runtime components of the Dynamics framework are deployed along with the application code
2. Ensure that the PROPATH is set correctly to include those framework components
