Outline view is missing
Code completion fails
Creating a new workspace and importing the files from the old workspace causes colorization to start working

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00150885
CAUSE:
It appears that in some case, the file association between Progress files and the OpenEdge Editor has been lost. OpenEdge files are opened with the Eclipse Text Editor instead resulting in the loss of code-completion, color-coding, and the Outline view.
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1B03 or later
