dumpspecified does not evaluate the condition for descending indexes
proutil -C dumpsecified does not dump the requested data when the index used is descending
CAUSE:
This is a known issue
FIX:
There is not yet a fix for this issue, however as a workaround a different index defined as ascending
could be used to perform the dumpspecified operation.
