CAUSE:
Bug# OE00148288
CAUSE:
During the physical redo phase, under certain circumstances an excessive number of bi clusters are being processed due to the current design of the bi mechanisms. Events that raise the highwater mark or extend a database area can trigger behavior that can cause many more clusters to be processed.
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.1C or later.
