CAUSE:
Bug# 20011220-001
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1D or later
Make a backup of the database with 9.1C,
Run "proutil <dbname> -C truncate bi" with 9.1C,
Run "_proutil <dbname> -C truncate area" with _proutil from 9.1D.
