Progress Explorer fails to start from icon
proadsv -start fails and displays errors
jvmstart.exe illegal option - -a
Registry key Chimer at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PSC\AdminService\9.1E\StartupCmd is blank
CHANGE:
Installed Progress 9.1E on top of another installation.
CAUSE:
The installation failed to create the registry keys.
FIX:
Manually uninstall 9.1E and Reinstall product.
