FIX:
The webspeed work shop file editor menu items are actually java script programs. They are located in %dlc%\webspeed\script directory. In web server, this directory is mapped to virtual directory called webspeed100B, the html code for the file editor references /webspeed100B/script/editor.js as the source.
Any improper mapping in the web server will cause the file not being found.
