SYMPTOM(s):
Error 5804 with SSL enabled messenger in a distributed WebSpeed environment
The error 5804 is displayed in the web browser as well as in the messenger log with enhanced logging:
Msngr: Failed to connect to the specified WebSpeed named service. Verify that the service has been started. Verify the configuration for the service is correct. (5804): Error 15
The following error is also apparent in the messenger log with enhanced logging:
OCTO CON-BKR Additional SSL error message: BIO routines
The SSL is enabled (sslEnable) for both messenger and the broker
The default SSL provided by progress is being used
