SYMPTOM(s):
Installing service pack fails with _ovrly: Execute permission denied.
CAUSE:
Attempting to install onto HP-UX 64-bit a service pack intended for HP-UX Itanium release. There are separate, and incompatible, OpenEdge releases for the HP-UX 64-bit and HP-UX Itanium platforms.
FIX:
Ensure to use the correct service pack for the platform.
The service pack version can be checked in the progress.cfg provided in the service pack - Port Number 36 is for HP-UX 64-bit, Port Number 40 is for Itanium.
