FIX:
No, Progress does not date or time stamp a record when it is created. However, a CREATE event database trigger may be used to store this information in a field of the same table, a field of another table or an external log file. Also, in OpenEdge 10.1A and higher, Auditing may be used to record a create event in the audit tables.
