Apptivity 2.1 abEnv.rootApp() replaces 2.0 abEnv.theApp()
The static method abEnv.theApp() available in Apptivity 2.0 is no
longer available in Apptivity 2.1. The method that replaces it in
Apptivity 2.1 is abEnv.rootApp().
