CAUSE:
WebSphere is uanble to read the properties files needed to link the requests from external parties to application server.
FIX:
Upgrade websphere to the the latest service pack (at least service pack 1 fix 13), and also define a specific classloader for wsa context, so minimizes the chances of a jar conflict.
