Is Progress 9.1E supported on Novell Open Enterprise Server?
FIX:
Progress V9 and the Novell Open Enterprise Server support the same flavor of Novell SUSE Linux (SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 9 for x86)
Because the underlying SuSE operating system is supported, both Progress V9 and OpenEdge 10 should work on the Novell Open Enterprise Server.
Progress V9 for Linux x86 is only 32Bit based and so to get more out of the 64Bit based Novell Open Enterprise Server (SuSE ES 10), then upgrading to OpenEdge 10 for Linux AMD64/EM64T is recommended.
