SYMPTOM(s):
MSVCR71.dll error after performing a NetSetup.
This application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
After performing a NetSetup on a client machine, the application will not start because there is a missing dll.
The required .dll file should be copied at installation time.

FIX:
As a work around, copy the MSVCR71.dll from the OpenEdge Installation to the C:\Windows\System32 directory
