FIX:
64 Bit Windows support for Open Client .NET applications is available in the OpenEdge 10.2A release.
The OE Development Server license needs to be installed on the Win 64 Bit platform. This is the only product, containing the ProxyGen component, which has been ported to Win64 platform.
