SYMPTOM(s):
AdminServer fails to start with port in use error.
netstat does not show port 20931 in use.
Microsoft update early in the morning forced a reboot of the Operating System with Progress running.
CAUSE:
The exclusion of AdminServer was uncheck in the DEP settings .
FIX:
Recheck the AdminServer entry to make it an exclusion to DEP.
