Windows error 126 translates to module not found
CAUSE:
Progress Cluster installed on cluster disk array (global shared drive). Progress must be installed on both nodes on the same drive letter and in the same path.
FIX:
Uninstall Progress from the shared cluster disk array/drive and install it on drives local to node 1 and node 2 of the cluster. Progress must be installed on same drive letter and in the same path.
