SYMPTOM(s):
Getting errors when trying to use AIA
getting Exception at java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError
Message (excp): jni_util.dll: Can't load IA 32-bit .so on a IA 32-bit platform
Running Tomcat 5
CAUSE:
The Java Servlet Engine can not find the necessary files to start the AIA java servlet.
FIX:
Add the environmental variables for JAVA_HOME, TOMCAT_HOME, DLC, WRKDIR, LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the Tomcat 5 startup script catalina.sh.
