Error list is initially folded prior to starting a build
Error list unfolds automatically during the build as new errors are reported
CAUSE:
This is a feature of the Eclipse integrated development environment.
FIX:
If the list unfolding uses a significant amount of CPU time due to a large number of errors, limit the number of entries in the Problems tab.
