SYMPTOM(s):
AppServer agent doesn't start due to lack of available ports in the range
The same symptoms occur when either starting a set of initial agents automatically or adding a new agent manually via asbman
Add Server request failed - Broker not running (8330)
AppServer broker starts without any problems
There are no entries in a services file related to ports from within the range minSrvPort - maxSrvPort

Upgrade to 10.1B01.
