8.2 Report Builder does not recognize -basekey startup param
The Report Builder that comes with the 8.2C windows version of
Progress is a 16-bit executable. (The other executables in 8.2C are
32-bit.) As a 16-bit executable it pulls the settings it uses from
the progress.ini file rather than the registry. If you want to
specify a non-default ini file for it to use, you can use the
-ininame parameter on the prorb.exe command line, but you should not
use the -basekey parameter. -basekey only works for 32-bit progress
executables such as prowin32.exe.
