Issue does not happen with other widget types than RADIO-SET
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
As a workaround, do one of the following prior to using ASSIGN:
- display the RADIO-SET, or
- ENABLE the widget, or
- set the SENSITIVE attribute to TRUE.
