GOAL:

Why do my Progress.*.dll files show in Visual Studio that the .NET runtime for them is v1.1.4322?

FACT(s) (Environment):

OpenEdge 10.1B

FIX:

Visual Studio simply shows the version of .NET that the files were compiled with. This is informational only and has no impact when you are using these files with a .NET 2.0 based application.
