SYMPTOM(s):
Cannot access web services due to missing DLL
Web services initialization error: cannot find HTTPS library
File MSVCR70.DLL is not installed on the system
CAUSE:
To access web services, the 4GL runtime in WebClient uses a third party component called LIBWWW.DLL. In versions 10.1A and 10.1A01 of the product, this component requires MSVCR70.DLL which is not shipped with the product.
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.1A02, 10.1B or later.
As a workaround, copy the file MSVCR70.DLL from another system to the $DLC/bin/system directory.
