Cannot set minport or maxport to value greater than 32767
Cannot enter 5 digit port numbers in Progress Explorer
Minport and maxport fields are grayed out when filled with large numbers
FACT(s) (Environment):
Large port number is accepted for main database broker port (-S)
Large port numbers are accepted when starting the database from the command line
Large port numbers are accepted when setting ports manually in conmgr.properties

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00148665
FIX:
As a workaround, edit the file conmgr.properties manually to set the minport and maxport database startup parameters.
