Application runs correctly when using a full version of Progress (PROWIN32.EXE)
CAUSE:
The folder <WebClient Install Location>\Properties\Schemas is missing from the WebClient installation
FIX:
Manually copy the folder DLC\Properties\Schemas into <WebClient Install Location>\Properties.
The default WebClient install location is C:\Program Files\Progress Software\WebClient.
