SYMPTOM(s):
Running a syntax check on procedure in the AppBuilder containing a user defined function.
Running a syntax check in the Procedure Editor does not cause an error.
An error has occurred during 4GL code genearion. A copy of the erronous code is saved in C:\PROGRESS\WORK\OE101B\p43297cf.ab.
User defined function '<function>' already defined. (2676)
The user defined function is written twice in the output file.
