OpenEdge 10.x
FIX:
In OpenEdge 10, the parameters for the Java Virtual Machine for AdminServer are set in the file AdminServerPlugins.properties located in $DLC/properties.
The previous way of setting JVMARGS in Progress 9.x does not apply to OpenEdge any more.
