Netsetup fails installing AnswerWorks
Installing AnswerWorks 4.0.....
Setup Initialization Error
Setup is unable to find _SETUP.DLL, which is needed to complete the installation.
Error 103
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing, but some of the AnswerWorks installation files are missing from the Progress installation:
<install dir>\bin\3party\answerworks
FIX:
Copy the files from the installation CD, another installation or re-install Progress.
