FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Hotkeys not underlined in buttons
Pressing alt key shows them as expected
CAUSE:
This is expected behavior because Windows XP allows the applications to control whether will show or not the hotkeys.
FIX:
In order to change it:
1 - Open the Display Properties control panel,
2 - Select the Appearance tab,
3 - Click on the Effects button
4- Uncheck "Hide underlined letters for keyboard navigation until I press the Alt key". Now the underlines will always appear.
